My washer, dryer, and fridge needed to move into a condo. Andrew had the right tools, strapped everything down, and carried carefully. Machines were plugged in and ready. Saved me hours of stress.
We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.
My roommate and I decided to part ways, and we both hired Swift Shift Van Lines to move our separate stuff. The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
The finest movers we’ve hired in a while! They showed up on time, had all the tools they needed, and immediately started packing room by room in an efficient manner. They also kept me updated throughout, and even offered to help with unpacking later. Delivery came within the window promised, and not a single item was scratched. Well done!

Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
