Friendly behavior among their staff made the entire moving process more pleasant for me.
This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.

I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.

They handled my large painting with care, using a protective cover. The movers were efficient and made sure to place each item exactly where I wanted it in the new studio.

They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.
Our moving experience with them was excellent. Without question, they are the city's top movers. The procedure was enjoyable because of the team's dedication and careful handling of our stuff.
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
