Thanks to the Paul and Griffith from the company, the transfer was smooth and easy. Whenever I had questions during the operation, he promptly responded. My recommendation is for them. On time and intact, the things came.
All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
Alex and his team have my highest praise. Absolutely everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. They were all really nice and courteous. I had no doubt that my stuff would be secure.

Four men did an excellent job of moving everything from my large house to my new, smaller home. They are the best of movers. I would definitely recommend them to others as well.
DON'T DO IT ! We came across swift shift van lines and it all started out good. Gave them the estimated inventory and they gave an estimated affordable quote. Robert Collins, the "senior relocation specialist" played us like a fiddle. Bunk beds apparently only have one matress. King beds don't have a box spring or a bedframe. Those are things they hit you with after you give them the deposit. So I price jumped drastically. Specifically, $2000.00 more than we planned. Jordan, the quality assurance associate, wasn't trying to help us at all. All he was focused on is getting the "rest of the deposit". Deposits are "non-refundable" so if you decide that this service is just not for you, they just keep your money. Even if you tell them that you just simply can not afford their services, they don't give your money back. They will drain you. Website says no surprises and it was a lie. Talked to the "manager" Olivia, told her we are no longer interested in your services and you can keep the initial deposit. All she said was deposits are non-refundable". Apparently, we only paid half the deposit up front so she that there was going to be another charge. Olivia didn't try to make things right, or offer any money back. Also, they will take your routing and account number off of your check and try to process unauthorized payments. At the end of the day, we canceled everything. They won't see another cent of our hard earned money. Now, I'm moving everything myself, just me, my girlfriend, our 6 month year old baby, 5 year old, and 9 year old. I do not recommended this company to anybody.
Amazing movers! They arrived right on time, handled all our furniture with care, and finished the job quicker than we expected. Highly recommend this efficient team!
Moving out of a third floor walkup is never easy especially with a heavy upright piano. I was worried about the stairs, but the guys were total pros about it. They used high quality straps and padding to make sure the instrument stayed safe during the descent. The truck was packed tight, so nothing shifted during the drive across town. I appreciate the hard work they put into such a physical job. The price was also very fair for the effort.
The move from my old apartment went better than I expected. The team from Swift Shift Van Lines showed up ready and kept things steady the whole time. They took care of my stuff and stayed polite through it all. All the belongings made it to the new place without a problem. I liked how simple they made the process. I’d call them again next time without hesitation.
Observing these movers at work was like being a fly on the wall for logistics. With an artistic precision, they cradled my enormous bed frame and protected my fragile artwork before loading the car. There was not a single mishap, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
