This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
After buying my house, I hired this company to help me move from a studio. They handled every part from loading to unloading. The team followed my instructions and worked without delay. They took care of the furniture properly. I was happy with how they managed it.
I booked these guys for a move from one apartment to another, and I'm glad I did. The crew came in, got started, and kept things organized without making it complicated. I didn't have to keep checking on things or reminding anyone what to do. It was handled properly, and I would use them again without hesitation.
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

I appreciated how they didn’t rush, especially with fragile items. The whole move was done in a few hours, and all items arrived without any issues. It was a much easier experience than I expected. Just moved across town and was dreading it. But the movers made it an experience. They wrapped up my furniture and manhandled the halls like pros! They were obviously very competent, and the day passed quickly thanks to their friendly spirit. I was very happy I took their choice.
George and his crew managed their time really well. I was a bit skeptical at first, but packing, loading, delivery and unloading were all done timely. I had a comfortable transition all because of them!
