My favorite part was how they handled the stairs. My new apartment has a narrow staircase, and I thought my sofa wouldn’t fit. They worked it around the bend without scratching the walls once.
Moving with this company was a breeze. The movers were well-organized and efficient, and they were also very friendly and helpful. They took great care with all the items and ensured no damage occurred during the relocation. Can't ask for a better service.
They gave me a detailed estimate, and it stayed accurate even when I added more things to move. The crew arrived on time, wrapped everything up, and loaded it onto the truck. I'm thankful they stuck to what we agreed on.
This company is not to be trusted. They give you specific pricing and I was also given 7-10 day window for arrival of my goods. All a lie. They broker out their business and don’t mention that. The price went up by 1500, although I did a quality assurance call and updated my items to be moved which they did not update and give to the movers they contract with. SO when the movers showed up they wanted 1500 more and told me 30 days for arrival. I had a find a new company entirely and swift shift cancelled me and kept my 1096.00 deposit. They are all crooks. Ted, who took my original order, is deceptive as best. Jonathon Ortiz ,Lily DeSilva and Jordan, the quality assurance guy, are all very rude, and unethical. Don’t know how they sleep at night. They should provide at least a partial refund just to restore faith
Even though I had only a mattress and a few boxes to move, the crew treated me like their most valued customer. For my small task, they were thorough and took no shortcuts. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.

They worked quickly and were very careful with all of my things. They moved everything from the 3rd floor of my apartment building to my storage on the 2nd floor in few hours.
A friend told me about this company, so I gave them a try for my house move. The guys were polite and focused on moving the heavy oak wardrobe first. It was a good experience from start to finish.
