We used Swift Shift Van Lines to prepare our household items for overseas container moving. They professionally wrapped and inventoried every piece, meeting all international standards. The entire process felt very secure and detailed. Person name answered all my difficult customs questions beforehand.
This is a first-rate moving company. We used their packing and relocation assistance to move from SD to NY. The team arrived, provided a quotation for the job, and didn't force me to get extra services. To pack everything, they came the day before the relocation. They went above and beyond to box some more fragile goods securely. Also, they scheduled an extra vehicle for the next day after realizing they would need one for the relocation on the day of packing. Everything was packed and unpacked nicely on the move's day and organized smoothly. They also made sure we were comfortable before leaving. I would use them again and heartily suggest them.
It is rare to find a company that is this organized. Every person on the crew knew their job, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine.
I appreciate your positive enthusiasm. I didn't regret choosing this relocation company. The young lads handled my furniture and expensive stuff with such care.
Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! James, the mover, zipped around my apartment like a tiny tornado, carefully wrapping furniture and boxing things up in a flash. He color-coded the boxes based on the room (kitchen boxes were green; bedroom boxes were blue!). The whole move took half the time I expected, and nothing was broken!
Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
It was a pleasure working with Edward during my recent relocation across the state. The communication was clear from the start, and the price they quoted me was exactly what I paid at the end of the day.
I had to get in here in no time and it was supposed to be a lot of chaos. I had just packed and I was about to be out of my lease in 48 hours, but these guys packed my whole home in less than a day. This was also delivered the following day. I couldn't be more thankful to them!
