I could tell they’ve moved specialty items before. Honestly, the whole experience felt more like a partnership than just a service.
My delicate Victorian chairs as well as my large sectional were all handled and transported very well. They were all very pleasant, so they became more than helpful—they were also enjoyable at the same time.

They were the most efficient and effective movers I’ve ever seen, and they packed up my entire apartment in just a few hours. They used all kinds of packing supplies, from foam peanuts to packing tape, and they even gave me some extra boxes for free. They organized everything neatly and logically, and they labeled everything clearly and accurately. They were the best in the business!

I hired them to just move my oversized, heavy safe. That’s it. Most companies said no or quoted a crazy price. Swift Shift Van Lines said, "Sure, we do that." They brought the right equipment, moved it from my basement to my new basement office, and bolted it down for me. They didn’t mind that it was a weird, small job. They just did it perfectly.
Communication and service from Scott & Robert were top-notch. They made two trips in a row and were always on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and nice. Great service and a strong commitment to their work.
