I asked Swift Shift Van Lines to move my baking equipment to a different kitchen. They loaded the mixers, trays, and boxes of ingredients without rushing. Everything ended up in the right place when they were done unloading.
Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines dedication, efficiency, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism, our move was a pleasure. Not only were Andrew and Joe the most pleasant coworkers, but they were also exceptionally gifted, generous, and enthusiastic about their profession.
It was very easy to move across the country because of Swift Shift Van Lines! From the first meeting, when they planned our transfer, to the arrival of our belongings. The team was considerate, on time, and cautious with our furnishings. No object broke because of their extreme caution, and they advised me on furnishing our new home!
I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
