For the first time in 12 years, I've moved with a moving company in a very relaxing manner. The movers were prompt, carefully packed my possessions, and delivered them to my flat. They also put my bed back together once my belongings arrived. I'm delighted with the outcome of my encounter!
I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
They kept everything stable during the drive. When we reached, nothing had shifted around, which made unloading quicker. We had a flawless, full service move.
They moved fragile paintings and expensive electronics for me, and everything arrived safely. I could see how much care they put into wrapping and carrying items. Their precision really impressed me throughout the entire moving experience.
