The week before, he made sure I was doing okay, which was reassuring. And on that potentially tense day, he and another person kept things lighthearted and even comical. They were cheerful, and the rain was of no concern to them. Much appreciation, everyone!
We moved from Colorado to Florida, on the phone Mike was so cool, saying they are an end to end mover. They would be with us all the way etc. Well, not so much. They just sell your move to the lowest bidder. After your goods have been moved from truck to truck multiple times, the results were amazing! Almost everything was damaged (80%). Then try getting hold of your new best friend Mike, mmmm, not so easy.
The movers worked together well and kept the process moving at a steady pace. They protected the furniture before loading and handled the boxes responsibly. Once at the destination, the crew unloaded everything in an organized manner.
The movers were fantastic from the start to the finish; they were kind and efficient, and the quote they provided me matched the actual cost.
They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
