He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. They worked hard but were also very pleasant to chat with. It didn't feel like a stressful transaction; it felt like I'd hired a friendly team to help me out.
Throughout the entire process, Robert staff was outstanding. Their meticulous and swift moving of my possessions to the storage facility made what would have been a difficult day much easier and even enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and its employees.
