They brought small foldable stools to sit on when taking a break, so they never just crashed on my furniture. They handled my bedroom set, living room couches, and dining table with top-notch care. Every cushion was wrapped in plastic. They took the time to unscrew my TV mount from the wall. After the trip, they asked me to do a quick walk-through of the truck to ensure nothing was left behind.

The booking process was easy, but everything went downhill on moving day. The crew arrived late, worked very slowly, and spent more time talking than moving furniture. What should have taken a couple of hours turned into almost five. Very disappointing service.
