They used lifting straps to carry the heavier items and disassembled the table to make it easier to transport. They wrapped each piece in thick blankets to protect against damage. Watching them lift and carry everything with such skill was impressive. They made moving heavy furniture look effortless, and everything arrived without a scratch.
I needed a long distance move from Florida to North Carolina and I was scared about my antique dresser that my great aunt left me. Swift Shift Van Lines handled the whole thing without me driving behind the truck the entire way, like I originally planned to do. Phil put padding on every corner of that dresser and then wrapped it again with a blanket on top. The truck arrived in North Carolina three days later, and the driver called me when he was thirty minutes out so I could meet him there. It was a great service.
