I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.
At every step of the moving process, they answered our questions, put our minds at ease, and kept us apprised of what was happening.
My experience with this company was way better than I expected. The team that arrived to help me move began loading all my things. I appreciated the way they listened to my directions for the bedroom setup. All of my belongings are now inside my new apartment, and nothing was damaged. This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
Moving my studio was easy with their help. The team used boxes for my fragile items like ceramics and glass vases. They labeled every box clearly and packed them in an organized manner. They handled my large painting with care, using a protective cover. The movers were efficient and made sure to place each item exactly where I wanted it in the new studio.

The movers were courteous enough to maintain cleanliness during my recent move. Since it was raining and they had to move in and out of the house for loading, they fetched carpets and mats and put them all over the house. After they were done, they did a final check to see if my place looked clean too. I honestly value their generosity!
