Jack was a beacon of light in helping us out with the logistics of the move. He put in great efforts to make sure we had the best possible experience in an affordable price. And his hard work bore fruit when I received the final bill. I value all his assistance greatly!
My garage had shelves, tools, and bikes. The movers packed it all neatly and stacked everything in storage. I still have walking space inside the unit. That level of organization is rare.
Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
The staff was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to good service really stood out throughout the experience.
This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
We really appreciated the help from Edward when we had to change our destination at the very last second. The crew didn't skip a beat and redirected the truck to the new address immediately. They were very careful with the wooden floors and made sure not to leave any scuff marks while carrying the heavy boxes. It was a very smooth move, and the guys were friendly throughout the entire afternoon. I am very satisfied.
We were successfully moved in today by Anthony and his coworkers. Everything is in its proper place in the house; nothing has broken. They were all friendly and helpful.
The packers carefully wrapped and labelled everything, making the unpacking process easier. In this weather, moving from GA to AZ was challenging, but the entire moving crew did an excellent job. Their methodical approach made settling into my new home a breeze.
