My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
The team arrived at my old address in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. I had a lot of small boxes and bags that needed to be moved into my new condo out of the city. I am satisfied with the result, and nothing was damaged during the entire move today.
To be completely honest, I only picked Swift Shift Van Lines because they were the cheapest option on the list I got from a friend. I did not expect much if I am being real. But the crew that showed up worked harder than any movers I have ever seen. They loaded the entire truck in two hours and then drove forty-five minutes to my new place and unloaded everything in another hour and a half. The price stayed the same as the quote, and nothing was damaged. Sometimes the cheapest option is actually the best option.
Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
William and his team did an excellent job. They were efficient in their work and pleasant to work with overall. They showed there on time and got right to work. I highly recommend this company for your impending move.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
The workers carefully packed our possessions into boxes of varying sizes to guarantee nothing would be damaged while in transit. Many layers of bubble wrap and premium packing tape were used to secure the moving of fragile objects.
I had to move storage boxes and old furniture from my garage to a storage unit. The movers worked steadily and stacked the unit so I can reach what I need later.
Great Service, overall! I booked them on short notice and was not sure how it would go. Swift Shift Van Lines still showed up at the time they gave me, and they worked through everything without rushing.
