Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.

My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.

The crew worked until 7 PM to get me finished. They moved my large sectional sofa up a tight staircase by taking it apart first. It was a long day for them, but they never complained. I'm so grateful.
