I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.

I moved back to the city to be closer to my friends. The guys loaded the heavy treadmill and the weight rack from the basement. They used straps to keep the parts from shifting around. They make sure to deliver all the things safely to the new place, and this is what they did, and also they placed the treadmill in the house where I wanted it, which I appreciate.
