Brett used extra padding and stacked the crates so nothing could shift during the turns. It was a relief to unpack everything and find zero broken pieces. If you have fragile hobby equipment, you should definitely give them a call.
These guys are great; they get the job done and are kind to boot. The relocation was accomplished rapidly, and all items were treated with the highest care throughout.
