Overall ok!!

Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.

I strongly recommend their services.

The finest movers we’ve hired in a while! They showed up on time, had all the tools they needed, and immediately started packing room by room in an efficient manner. They also kept me updated throughout, and even offered to help with unpacking later. Delivery came within the window promised, and not a single item was scratched. Well done!

Great moving company to deal with.

When our family of 7 had to relocate across the state, the thought of packing up years of memories was overwhelming. But their moving crew turned the entire process into a smooth experience. Cannot express my gratitude to their movers for delivering my furniture safely to me. Each piece was covered with padding and wrapped in furniture blankets. There wasn’t a single scratch I detected when I received it all. Bravo to them!

extremely helpful and pleasant

What a fantastic group of people! Their professionalism, care and speed were evident as they skillfully relocated our belongings to a third-floor apartment. To make sure they could meet us when we were ready, they checked in with us the day before our visit to see what time we were expecting to arrive. And they did!
