They were always in a good mood and would do whatever you asked. I didn't care that the movers took breaks to chill because the moving day was very hot and humid. So, stoked! Everything went according to plan.
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
Really grateful to Swift Shift Van Lines staff for being so flexible. They adjusted to my jam-packed schedule and assured their movers would handle everything from packing to delivery. True to what they said, the crew managed it all themselves and I didn’t have to sweat about juggling too many things at once. I couldn’t be more thankful!
The delivery took considerably longer than I was told it would. I had very little information while waiting and had to contact the company for updates. This made it difficult to organize my day. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
The team worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease, ensuring nothing was damaged. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated.
David and Eric maintained cleanliness around my house when I hired them to move my couch. They disposed of the wasted packing material and also double checked on their way out to see if they’d gotten rid of everything. Bravo!
Honestly, I didn’t expect it to go this smoothly. I had heard stories about delays and missing items from other companies, so I was already nervous. But these guys made it easy. They checked in the day before, came on time, and got started right away. I had packed things up the night before, and they didn’t mess with my system. They followed what I asked without turning it into a back-and-forth. It all felt simple and direct, which I appreciated.
I was expecting some hidden fee or something, but nope. Swift Shift Van Lines was straight up from the start. The movers were actually friendly too, which was weird because most movers look miserable. Would hire them again.
Their management and service providing game is unrivalled. Despite the fact that I rescheduled my relocation on a really short notice, the movers executed everything from packing to unloading timely. They reassembled heavy pieces of furniture and even remounted my curtain rods at the new place. Recommended highly!
