The movers arrived around 11 am and immediately started working. They had to carry our heavy drawers down the stairs using lifting straps and rolling dollies. The entire transit was on schedule. Great experience.
I was nervous about moving my family heirlooms, especially the delicate china cabinet that’s been in the family for generations. Swift Shift Van Lines team was thoughtful. They wrapped each piece of china in foam sleeves, layered it with extra bubble wrap, and even double-taped the boxes to make sure nothing would move during transit. Watching them handle my heirlooms with such care reassured me. The cabinet arrived in perfect condition, and it felt as though they knew how important it was to me.
The three men who helped us relocate were terrific. They were helpful and kind throughout, even suggesting ways to better protect some of our packages.
I'm relieved that I chose Swift Shift Van Lines to manage the office move. The three movers we hired did a fantastic job. Ascending the staircase, two employees hauled a desk from our previous office, which had to have weighed three hundred pounds or more. They worked very hard without complaining or giving up. I appreciated that the customer service representative took the time to break down the costs for me so I could budget accordingly.
All the crates arrived exactly how they were packed. Fragile art pieces from different pickup points made it to the gallery without any signs of handling stress. What could have been a stressful move ended up feeling straightforward. The movers weren’t asking for constant guidance and knew how to do their things.
The apartment move from the north side to the new condo went better than expected. The crew from Swift Shift Van Lines arrived right on time and brought all the packing supplies with them. They wrapped my furniture carefully and stacked everything neatly in the truck. What stood out was how organized they were from start to finish.
The workers demonstrated their capability to load and unload massive objects, performing exceptionally well.

Incredible movers! They were especially careful with my delicate glassware, wrapped them skillfully, and provided me with special boxes.
