Moving with a newborn seemed like a nightmare, but these movers were incredibly understanding and efficient. They worked quickly, made sure to keep noise levels low, and even helped rearrange furniture so we could set up the nursery easily. I highly recommend them!
The crew leader had a tablet to document every item and its condition. They packed my grandfather clock with extra padding, ensuring no damage.
I would definitely recommend them. There were about 18 boxes and a few odd-shaped items, and everything was handled without mixing things up. It made settling in later much easier for me. Thanks again!

Luckily, the crew from Swift Shift Van Lines wrapped each item in layers, secured them inside wardrobe boxes for extra stability, and made sure they were the last loaded and first unloaded. I was overjoyed when I received every single piece in perfect shape!
Finding dependable help for a move is not always easy. This crew handled the job for me, and I'm thankful I called them. The house had boxes everywhere, and I honestly didn't know where to start that morning. Having people there to take care of the moving part helped a lot. I could focus on getting my paperwork and keys sorted while they handled the rest. The whole move was much easier than trying to do it alone.
We needed to move our furniture out of a home and have it dropped off at two different destinations: one, storage and the other, our new home. The movers were very attentive to our list and made no mistakes. They clearly marked every item, double-checked what was happening while loading, and stayed organized throughout. We liked how everything went smoothly!
Really happy with how this move turned out. A sewing studio with several older industrial machines needed to be relocated. The machines had small parts that could shift easily, so the movers wrapped the metal heads in thick plastic before moving them. Heavy tables were carried up the driveway and brought in through the side door without being dragged. After everything was set down, the needles and parts were still in place.
Despite providing an accurate listing of all our box numbers and furniture, Swift Shift Van Lines tried charging us nearly double the original estimated price, even though our original and moving day inventories were almost identical. We were disappointed by their inaccurate cost estimation, which caused twice as much financial stress on moving day. Regarding their delivery process, we received inconsistent information from different representatives at Swift Shift Van Lines: 1) In the initial phone call, we were told that the average delivery time is 3-5 days after pickup. 2) On the moving day, the mover said delivery could occur in 3 days. 3) One day after pickup, another representative said delivery would occur in 1-5 business days. 4) In the last email communication, another representative informed us that delivery would take 5-15 business days. As of today, it is Day 5 after the pickup, and we still have no information regarding the delivery. If you don't want to experience difficult times in an empty apartment without your belongings, do NOT work with Swift Shift Van Lines.
David and Eric maintained cleanliness around my house when I hired them to move my couch. They disposed of the wasted packing material and also double checked on their way out to see if they’d gotten rid of everything. Bravo!
