Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
The team worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease, ensuring nothing was damaged. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
They were a first-rate crew. They were prompt, careful, and polite while packing our house. All in all, we had a great time and are glad we went with the full-service bundle and transportation. Highly recommended.
I finally moved back to my hometown after ten years away. The drive was long, but this team made the actual loading part the easiest bit of the whole trip. They just got stuck in and handled my mountain of kitchen boxes and old books without any drama. It was nice to deal with people who didn't complain about the heat.
