Terrible. This is NOT a moving company, this is a broker. They are NOT up front about that. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and hire a moving company DIRECTLY, not through these scam artists.
This is a perfect circumstance for me. They were pleasant to work with, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done fast but efficiently.
While taking my dresser down the stairs, he dropped it, chipping the corner and causing extensive damage. “It happens sometimes,” he shrugged, without acknowledging the damage or offering to repair it. The move was difficult because it was obvios that they lacked the necessary training and expertise. I would never again use such inexperienced movers.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was a small job. But these guys treated it like a full move. They packed, labeled, and stacked everything neatly inside. It took less than 45 minutes, and they were professional the whole time.
They helped me haul my whole office to a new spot with zero issues. The team was right on time, polite, and treated our gear like gold. I really dug their attention to detail when packing and labeling boxes. I'm shouting it from the rooftops – these guys are the real deal for any business move.
I would use Swift Shift Van Lines again. James moved my fridge without unplugging it first, which I thought was strange, but he explained that waiting for the coils to settle would take too long.
They moved fragile paintings and expensive electronics for me, and everything arrived safely. I could see how much care they put into wrapping and carrying items. Their precision really impressed me throughout the entire moving experience.
James used a ramp for heavy furniture. It made everything move smoothly without bumps or scrapes. Brave Movers.
I am truly grateful to the movers for their assistance! We needed help dismantling and reassembling our dining table and large bed frame. The movers had the right equipment and were experienced in reassembling everything smoothly.
We had a few antique items that required special handling, and we appreciated how seriously they took the job. They wrapped each piece in layers, double-checked their placement in the truck, and delivered them in great shape to our studio apartment. We couldn’t have asked for more!
