I had to coordinate a move while traveling out of town, so I could not be physically present. I trusted Swift Shift Van Lines with access to my apartment. They kept me updated through messages and photos during the process. I appreciated seeing progress in real time. When I returned to the new place, all 18 boxes and furniture pieces were exactly where I requested.
I didn’t realize how many boxes I had until moving day, but the crew didn’t blink. Micheal stacked everything. The truck looked full but neat, and it was really satisfying to see.
A piano and a number of large shards of glass needed moving. By including additional padding, they ensured that everything arrived in one piece.
The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.

Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.
I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
I called this company because I needed assistance after a mover unexpectedly canceled. When 3 movers showed up on Sunday, they were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, worked swiftly, and were courteous. This team's efforts, which they showed even in the toughest conditions, amazed me. I heartily endorse this company!
