My move involved over 60 boxes of delicate glassware and a very heavy industrial sewing machine from my craft studio. I was so worried about the vibration of the truck breaking my vintage vases. Brett used extra padding and stacked the crates so nothing could shift during the turns. It was a relief to unpack everything and find zero broken pieces. I'm relieved that I chose Swift Shift Van Lines to manage the office move. The three movers we hired did a fantastic job. Ascending the staircase, two employees hauled a desk from our previous office, which had to have weighed three hundred pounds or more. They worked very hard without complaining or giving up. I appreciated that the customer service representative took the time to break down the costs for me so I could budget accordingly.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
I had to move into a third-floor walk-up with no elevator. I apologized a few times, but the crew just laughed and said it was fine. They kept working without complaining once. they handled everything very well.
