My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. I called this company because I needed assistance after a mover unexpectedly canceled. When 3 movers showed up on Sunday, they were very friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job, worked swiftly, and were courteous. This team's efforts, which they showed even in the toughest conditions, amazed me. I heartily endorse this company!

They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
Our move included a 200-gallon fish tank, which I was sure would be a disaster. But the movers treated it like gold, draining it carefully and using custom padding to transport it. They also positioned it in the new living room and waited while I set up the filtration system. Not a single fish was harmed!
The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
Incredible movers! They were especially careful with my delicate glassware, wrapped them skillfully, and provided me with special boxes. They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
