The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. Because they were so punctual, we were able to stay on track for the rest of the move. It was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing we had reliable helpers.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave to me and my things. I had no trouble getting my couch, espresso table and decorations neatly packed. Everything was done properly, the labels of each box were checked and the walkways around my house were kept free so I could set up later.
They had clearly marked all of the boxes by room, and unpacking at the new house was surprisingly quick and efficient!
What worked well was how the team handled changes as they came up. I moved to simplify daily routines, not because I had to. Richard and the other members noticed early that some items needed different handling and shifted the order on their own.
Our cross-town move turned out to be much more involved than we expected, but Swift Shift Van Lines experts handled every aspect with impressive skill. The movers arrived with all the necessary materials – boxes, blankets, straps – and packed our entire 3-bedroom home in few hours. When we got to the new house, they carefully unloaded each box into the corresponding room, and set up our furniture just as we requested. They deserve nothing but praise!
