The movers were patient, spoke clearly, and handled his belongings with respect. There were a lot of little things that mattered to him, and they packed everything with extra care. He was really happy with how everything arrived, and so was I, honestly. It was a huge relief.
I liked how the crew prepared everything before transportation. Furniture was secured well, and fragile household items received extra attention. The unloading process was also neat and straightforward.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.

The three-member moving crew was excellent. They arrived on time and worked diligently. Plus the communication throughout the journey was spot-on too. I received all my possessions on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
