I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
The office equipment move went smoothly thanks to the help of the movers. We had ten desks and several filing cabinets to transport to the new suite. The crew took apart the larger tables and put them back together at the destination. They organized the items according to the labels I put on the boxes. I did not find any missing parts or broken hardware after the move.
Before using Swift Shift Van Lines, my moving experience was terrible. The customer care representatives were informative on the call and gave me up-to-date information at a fair price. For our relocation, the 4 movers were incredibly efficient and punctual. They breezed through a difficult task. Warm regards!

The move took four hours total from start to finish. I had a three hour window estimated so they were a little over, but I did not mind because they were careful the whole time.
What a fantastic company! Throughout the day, Phillip and his team worked nonstop, rarely taking breaks for meals or relaxation. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our every need, were kind and professional throughout, and met all of our requirements. I will definitely use them again.
I felt very comfortable having these movers in my home. David and the other guys were polite, and they worked very fast without being messy. Everything went according to plan.
We moved a couple blocks away from our current place, and this company’s movers were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, careful, and quick! We had a few fragile items, and were concerned they might get damaged, but everything was handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!
I would suggest this team to anyone who needs help with a move. They made sure to put the furniture in the right spots so I wouldn't have to move it again later by myself. It was clear that these guys have a lot of experience because they knew exactly how to pack the truck. I'm glad the day went so well. The move was finished much earlier than I thought it would be, and I will be hiring them for future relocations.
