The team arrived at my old address in the morning, and they were ready to work immediately. I had a lot of small boxes and bags that needed to be moved into my new condo out of the city. I am satisfied with the result, and nothing was damaged during the entire move today.
Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
Movers were concerned about their safety during the epidemic. Hand sanitizer was provided to each mover and they worked so professionally and cheerfully as a team. It was a commendable move.

This is a first-rate moving company. We used their packing and relocation assistance to move from SD to NY. They went above and beyond to box some more fragile goods securely. Also, they scheduled an extra vehicle for the next day after realizing they would need one for the relocation on the day of packing. Everything was packed and unpacked nicely on the move's day and organized smoothly. They also made sure we were comfortable before leaving. I would use them again and heartily suggest them.

They even asked where I wanted things placed so I wouldn’t have to shuffle boxes around later. It made the whole situation way easier than I expected.

They took apart my large, old wardrobe and put it back together again flawlessly, which was like a cherry on top. They genuinely cared for my priceless possessions.
