I’ve moved two times in the last ten years, so I have a good basis for comparison. This was by far the most straightforward experience. The team was focused and got the work done. I’d tell anyone asking to just book them and not worry about it.
Jack was a beacon of light in helping us out with the logistics of the move. He put in great efforts to make sure we had the best possible experience in an affordable price. And his hard work bore fruit when I received the final bill. I value all his assistance greatly!
Jack arranged movers for my aunt’s downsizing. They carried her antique dresser, glass cabinet, and six boxes of keepsakes. The movers were patient and kind, which really made the whole day less stressful.
All staff was humble and expert. Nothing was damaged, and everything passed through. As they packed everything, they took great care to protect the woodwork. Our team leader, Joseph, took the time to find out where we liked the things packed and where everything was going in the new house. When we made reservations, they were accommodating and patient.
Observing these movers at work was like being a fly on the wall for logistics. With an artistic precision, they cradled my enormous bed frame and protected my fragile artwork before loading the car. There was not a single mishap, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The performance of Swift Shift Van Lines was excellent! Their packing and moving services were first-rate; I'm happy I used them. My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged. Everything was well coordinated from the booking to the move. I received an email confirming the date and time of the crew's arrival, an invoice breakdown and a reminder of items to pack. The crew arrived promptly and worked around the clock on moving day until the job was completed safely. I can't say enough nice things about them!
They created trust in their work by taking their time and not hurrying through the process to ensure everything was done correctly the first time.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
