It was an absolute nightmare. We got two half-a**** surveys all of which severely under quoted us to get us to sign, and when the movers showed up they wouldn't take most of our things without charging us an additional 5k. Also, the person who initially quoted us "no longer worked there" as soon as we started having problems. STAY AWAY
The crew was incredibly kind when I had to reschedule my relocation date at the last minute, and I didn’t complain. To wrap everything up, they even arrived earlier than expected.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
The three men who helped us relocate were terrific. They were helpful and kind throughout, even suggesting ways to better protect some of our packages.
My son moved into his college dorm on the fourth floor with no elevator. The movers carried all 10 boxes, set up his bed, and made the process quick. I’d absolutely recommend them to any parent.
Last month, I moved my collection of 100 framed photographs to a new gallery. Two people came by and helped me with the heavy wooden crates. They were careful with the glass and the corners of the frames. I liked how they organized the truck, so the largest items were in the back. The drive across town was fast, and they unloaded the art in an hour. My new gallery looks great, and I am happy with the results.
Living in a busy downtown area makes parking a huge truck almost impossible. Somehow, the driver found a spot and worked quickly to avoid blocking the bus lane. My heavy mahogany wardrobe made it inside without touching a single doorframe. The guys were incredibly helpful and handled the stuff with care. I felt lucky to have such an experienced team helping me out on a hectic Saturday morning. They were able to transfer the things on the same afternoon safely.
