Joseph and his team were extremely organized, courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. They carefully packed our breakables and moved our bulky furnishings. They had a very short time moving our stuff into our flat, but they were prompt and efficient. 5/5 Without a doubt, I would employ their services once again.
I appreciated how Steven & his group took the time to label each box and item clearly, which made it much easier for me to unpack and organize everything once it arrived at my new home. They used markers to indicate which room each box belonged to, and what items were inside. They also provided me with a detailed inventory list, which helped me keep track of everything and make sure that nothing was lost or misplaced.
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.

Such reliability is hard to find.

Joseph and his team took care of my move from TX to NY. These guys were very professional, handling all my furniture with caution, such as my vintage oak cabinet and marble coffee table. They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. James deserves a big shoutout from me.
They wrapped everything up way earlier than I expected. They kept things in order and moved them step by step. I didn’t have to keep checking, and all my things were safely at my new place.
