I am happy to give a solid 5 stars for the service provided. They helped me get all 3 of my storage units emptied and consolidated into one shipment, which saved me a lot of time and extra effort.
The customer service was good. I had a lot of questions because I had never hired movers before, and the person on the phone was patient with me. On moving day the crew showed up and handled my one bedroom apartment in about 3 hours. When they left, I sat on my floor surrounded by boxes, and I felt like I had made a smart decision for myself.
The movers arrived prepared and handled the larger pieces safely. The entire relocation was completed efficiently without unnecessary confusion.
Thanks to William for helping us schedule a last-minute move after another company canceled. We had a mix of boxes, furniture, and a few fragile kitchen items. The team arrived early and stayed efficient the entire time. They packed smartly and communicated well throughout. It was honestly a relief after the stress of rescheduling everything so quickly. It was nice that William and the experts were so careful with my things. While they were transporting my things, Melvin went above and beyond to make sure nothing went missing. I had a lot of stuff. He checked everything twice while loading and unloading to ensure he didn't skip anything.
This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
Swift Shift Van Lines made the whole thing way less stressful. They brought their supplies and didn’t mind that things weren’t packed perfectly. They even helped me sort out what could go in storage. I honestly don’t think I could’ve pulled it off without their help.
Just moved across town and was dreading it. But the movers made it an experience. They wrapped up my furniture and manhandled the halls like pros! They were obviously very competent, and the day passed quickly thanks to their friendly spirit. I was very happy I took their choice.
