This crew helped me relocate my office equipment earlier this week. Andrew and the crew was respectful and worked at a steady pace until the truck was empty.
I was lied to from the beginning by Nicole Jones. I specifically asked if they were brokers, I was assured they have their own movers and trucks. MAP movers showed up. Neither moving men spoke English, one could barely see so I had to fill out my own billing paperwork having no idea what I was doing. They arrived at 530 pm and didn't finish until after midnight. All kinds of extra charges amounting to several thousand dollars over my initial bill. Jordan at swift shift was dismissive of me during a call to update my items to be moved. He never officially updated my list so the movers charged me extra for everything Jordan failed to add to my list. I can not get a delivery date from anyone. So I have no idea when my things will be arriving. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. Just a mess. Moving cross country is already stressful, but I couldn't have chosen a worse moving company to deal with.
My family recently moved from AZ to SD, and we were impressed with their service. The team was friendly and respectful, and they took great care in packing our fragile items, such as glassware and artwork. They used special packing supplies, such as dish pack boxes and paper padding, to keep everything intact and secure during the move.

The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
I must admit that I was astounded by how meticulous they were. The finished product was magnificent, and it proved to me that they paid close attention to every detail.

The entire procedure was online and the staff had even provided me with a video link to consult in case I faced any problems during booking. Then on moving day, the team arrived and packed and delivered my things in immaculate condition. I thank them sincerely!
They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!
