Carl shared pictures and videos to keep me updated on the process, which was pretty professional, considering that I was out of the country during the relocation. They impressed me with their candor and transparency.

The two movers arrived early and immediately started wrapping the fragile items. They efficiently loaded a whole truck of stuff in three hours. They worked non-stop until the last box was placed in the new garage. They truly sped up my timeline significantly. This team was focused, fast, and very efficient.
Despite my worries about cancellation fees, the office staff was courteous. Instead of costing me a lot, they helped me find a new date that suited my schedule. Moving day began with the same optimism. The entire experience felt supportive rather than transactional. In a field with strict regulations, I appreciated such flexibility.
I had James and David get my grand piano from a NY storage facility, and it finally got here, and I was so happy. They took such extra care to cover and protect it from damage, which amazed me. Their hard work is admirable. I love them so much!
I asked Swift Shift Van Lines to move my baking equipment to a different kitchen. They loaded the mixers, trays, and boxes of ingredients without rushing. Everything ended up in the right place when they were done unloading.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
My move involved over 60 boxes of delicate glassware and a very heavy industrial sewing machine from my craft studio. I was so worried about the vibration of the truck breaking my vintage vases. Brett used extra padding and stacked the crates so nothing could shift during the turns. It was a relief to unpack everything and find zero broken pieces. If you have fragile hobby equipment, you should definitely give them a call.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
