From the first interaction to the final drop-off, things were well managed. David was calm, clear, and easy to work with, which helped a lot.
I moved my art supplies and easels into another studio. The movers kept the boxes upright and didn’t crush anything fragile. I appreciated how careful they were with items that matter to me.
Instead of using single-use plastics, they utilized reusable boxes and moving blankets. I admired their efforts to be sustainable!
My upright freezer was the hardest part of my state-to-suburbs move. The movers wrapped it in plastic to keep fingerprints off the surface and strapped it tightly in the truck. After setting it up in the utility room, I plugged it in, and it hummed like normal. It looked the same as before the move, spotless.
What a fantastic company! Throughout the day, Phillip and his team worked nonstop, rarely taking breaks for meals or relaxation. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our every need, were kind and professional throughout, and met all of our requirements. I will definitely use them again.
With order MC-2412, I was impressed by the smoothness of everything. The movers were well prepared, worked well together and didn't get the process started in a confusing way. They took care of my furniture, which was very appreciated. There was no damage done and the entire move was well organized throughout.
Really happy with how this move turned out. A sewing studio with several older industrial machines needed to be relocated. The machines had small parts that could shift easily, so the movers wrapped the metal heads in thick plastic before moving them. Heavy tables were carried up the driveway and brought in through the side door without being dragged. After everything was set down, the needles and parts were still in place.
I liked how the crew prepared everything before transportation. Furniture was secured well, and fragile household items received extra attention. The unloading process was also neat and straightforward.
The moving experience with this company produced only positive results. They arrived at the scheduled time to perform their tasks with focus and precision until completing all the safe loading and unloading operations. Friendly behavior among their staff made the entire moving process more pleasant for me.
