I was moving into a basement unit with a narrow staircase, and I truly thought we’d have to leave the couch behind. But the crew figured out the perfect angle, wrapped it carefully, and slid it in without a single scratch on the walls. I stood there amazed. They didn’t rush or force anything. You could tell they’d done stuff like this before, and it really showed in how they worked.
This move was for a home library. Floor-to-ceiling bookcases and hundreds of books. The movers removed shelves and stacked books flat. They grouped the series together without me asking. Shelves were wrapped and labeled. At delivery, everything went back up in the same order. I did not have to sort titles again. That saved me days of work.
We were quite amazed by these individuals. They were pleasant to work with, dependable, and efficient. Despite transporting delicate items, nothing was damaged. Our upcoming maneuver will benefit from these!
I had to split my move into two parts; some things were going into storage, and the rest into my new place.
