The movers exceeded our expectations, especially given the distance and the potential for delays. On time and in perfect shape, everything arrived. I got a call to say they were OK! It's a level of professionalism rarely seen today.
I needed a long distance move from Florida to North Carolina and I was scared about my antique dresser that my great aunt left me. Swift Shift Van Lines handled the whole thing without me driving behind the truck the entire way, like I originally planned to do. Phil put padding on every corner of that dresser and then wrapped it again with a blanket on top. The truck arrived in North Carolina three days later, and the driver called me when he was thirty minutes out so I could meet him there. It was a great service.
Jason, Ronald, and William are hands down the best movers. They were super professional and friendly, taking great care of all our things. I can’t recommend them enough.
Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
Everything I asked for and needed was noted by the project manager. He was conscious to adhere to them. I salute them!
We moved a couple blocks away from our current place, and this company’s movers were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, careful, and quick! We had a few fragile items, and were concerned they might get damaged, but everything was handled carefully and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience!

They labeled every box with "fragile" or "heavy" based on the contents, which was super helpful when unpacking. My large sectional sofa barely fit through the doorframe, but they figured it out without damaging the walls or the sofa. They also helped pack some last-minute items that I forgot to do myself. The cherry on top was that they cleaned up after themselves and left nothing behind.
