William and his group were supportive and experts at their work. They packed and wrapped everything in foam sheets, bubble wrap and cartons of different sizes. I'm very happy to hire them because my move went very smoothly.
Ronnie and crew put our possessions' safety first. Everything was meticulously wrapped in large blankets, and fragile objects were double-wrapped using bubble wrap. Protecting the old and new walls of the houses, we took the extra step of cushioning the walls.
The movers arrived and packed everything for me the day before the move. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. On moving day, they promptly began working. Despite the difficulty in finding parking, they managed to get everything into my new apartment. I would recommend this company to everyone, as they made the entire moving process very easy.

The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
