Great Service, overall! I booked them on short notice and was not sure how it would go. Swift Shift Van Lines still showed up at the time they gave me, and they worked through everything without rushing.
The move from my third-floor apartment went better than I hoped. The guys took my heavy sectional sofa apart and carried the pieces down the narrow hallway without hitting any corners. They used thick plastic wrap to keep the cushions from getting dirty during the trip. The whole process stayed on track, and my furniture arrived in great shape.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
It was necessary to relocate a 2-bedroom home to NY. Swift Shift Van Lines was the greatest moving firm to hire. On the day of my relocation, the crew showed up ready to work. Before placing it on their vehicle, they wrapped every piece of furniture in blankets and tape. They took the same amount of care with my boxes. I was amazed at how skillfully they managed the move.
The movers arrived prepared and handled the larger pieces safely. The entire relocation was completed efficiently without unnecessary confusion.

I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
What helped most was how they handled the equipment. No delays, no excuses, just got it done the way I asked. Our stuff was out and loaded before lunch, and that saved everyone a long day.
These guys are great; they get the job done and are kind to boot. The relocation was accomplished rapidly, and all items were treated with the highest care throughout.
William and his group were supportive and experts at their work. They packed and wrapped everything in foam sheets, bubble wrap and cartons of different sizes. I'm very happy to hire them because my move went very smoothly.
