After buying my house, I hired this company to help me move from a studio. They handled every part from loading to unloading. The team followed my instructions and worked without delay. They took care of the furniture properly. I was happy with how they managed it.
For me, moving long distance has never been a breeze, but with the help of this company, it was easy. From packing to delivery, they were always on track, and they kept me in the loop. The moving company was also punctual, and upon arrival at the new location, everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
Swift Shift Van Lines did a wonderful job with my move. They arrived promptly, packed everything securely, and carried items with respect. It felt like my belongings were in good hands from start to finish.
I was worried about a glass bookshelf and expensive mirrors. The corners were protected and well-padded. Packing my dishwasher, blender, and slow cooker together with labels made unpacking easier. There was no need to do anything.
Someday, I envision everyone appreciating Swift Shift Van Lines as deeply as I do. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations. They took great care when handling my furniture and other belongings while packing.
What I liked most is that they noticed I was overwhelmed and just handled the kitchen without me saying much. John especially kept checking if I was okay. That kind of care reduced my stress level. Thank you for making it so easy

I appreciated how they asked small questions like where to park the truck and which boxes were high-priority. They were polite throughout and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. The entire move felt friendly and stress-free.
