My number one concern was the care with which my property was treated. I spent a considerable penny on nice furniture, so it was meaningful to me. They did a fantastic job. Completely undamaged. The movers were patient, spoke clearly, and handled his belongings with respect. There were a lot of little things that mattered to him, and they packed everything with extra care. He was really happy with how everything arrived, and so was I, honestly. It was a huge relief.
Jack and James took care of everything when I moved from CA to SD. They packed up all my fragile stuff like the marble coffee table and wall hanging mirrors and even took apart and put back together my furniture. Their commitment to giving a stress-free move is impressive.
It was the end of the month and I expected delays, but the crew stuck to the time they promised and called me when they were 20 minutes out. The transparency made it easier for me to coordinate with the cleaners and the landlord. I can’t thank them enough!
