Contracted for a small move for my elderly parents and finalized the list a week prior, but when the movers came they had a different list and wanted more money, then was told the delivery would be on a certain date and two weeks later still no household goods and they are without a mattress and walkers and there is not estimated date of arrival. Terrible experience so far.
We had a few antique items that required special handling, and we appreciated how seriously they took the job. They wrapped each piece in layers, double-checked their placement in the truck, and delivered them in great shape to our studio apartment. We couldn’t have asked for more!
I needed a few heavy pieces moved into storage during a remodel. The movers wrapped the dining table, carried it carefully, and stacked everything neatly inside the unit so I could still walk around.
A piano and a number of large shards of glass needed moving. By including additional padding, they ensured that everything arrived in one piece.
Because they were honest and the price they quoted was the exact amount we paid, I will be using them again and recommending them to others for our next move.

They were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole moving process much more enjoyable. We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
Movers labeled each box with room names and contents, making unpacking so much easier and stress-free.
