Thanks to Swift Shift Van Lines assistance, the change went off without a hitch. Two men arrived on time, were very attentive, and quickly and effectively covered my furniture.
What I remember most is how calm everything felt during the move. There was no rushing or confusion, and that made a big difference for me. I would absolutely use them again!
Jack and James took care of everything when I moved from CA to SD. They packed up all my fragile stuff like the marble coffee table and wall hanging mirrors and even took apart and put back together my furniture. Their commitment to giving a stress-free move is impressive.
I moved my dad’s tool sets from TN to SC. The movers used small carts for the heavy boxes and kept the parts together so he could find them later.
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.

They used mattress bags to protect all our beds, and the movers helped arrange the bedrooms in the new house.
I had a good experience with the movers. They were very helpful, hard working and cared for our furniture. Communications leading up to the move was clear, but I would have liked to have had a more specific arrival time. No major problems with delivery.
I appreciated the honest communication and reliable service. The team arrived prepared, stayed organized, and completed everything without unnecessary delays. They made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
