We relocated from DE to FL after buying a home abroad. The team packed our belongings into containers, managed transport arrangements, and provided updates throughout the trip.
the worst movers ever they claimed we got a bunch of discounts, then never applied them. then we want to add a table and they charges us $900. we tried to ask why the table was so expensive, just yelled at us and ended the call. They also did the same thing to our friends also moving to Texas.
It's been a week since our move, and we can't stop raving about the exceptional crew that handled it. Their attentiveness and composure throughout the extensive process were truly impressive. We're grateful for their splendid work.
Communication throughout the move was one of the biggest issues. I was not kept informed when the schedule changed and had to make several calls for updates. This created unnecessary stress. I think the customer service could be improved significantly.
This move was a mix of my stuff and my friend’s stuff, so it was a little chaotic. The boxes and household stuff from different storage rooms needed to be moved to a new location. They moved all the stuff without any problem. Somehow, they made it work. Nothing was damaged, and nothing was mysteriously missing, as it had happened before. At the end, we were tired but happy. It turned out to be a really good decision to hire them.
Our moving experience with them was excellent. Without question, they are the city's top movers. The procedure was enjoyable because of the team's dedication and careful handling of our stuff.
My art studio had to be packed up and relocated across town. Between canvases, supplies, and delicate storage drawers, I was nervous about the move. Swift Shift Van Lines was careful with every piece and didn't rush me when I wanted to wrap a few things myself. They even helped reassemble some of the storage units at the new space. Everything arrived intact, and I was relieved.
My apartment lease ended sooner than expected, so I had to move into a friend’s place temporarily. The movers handled everything with care. When I settled into my new place, every box arrived safely.
Price doubled when movers showed up and started loading , then when my furniture showed up, there was over $7000 in damage and rendered most things useless. Multiple phone calls led no where and insurance doesnt reply.
