Cannot express my gratitude to their movers for delivering my furniture safely to me. Each piece was covered with padding and wrapped in furniture blankets. There wasn’t a single scratch I detected when I received it all. Bravo to them!
The movers worked efficiently and stayed organized from start to finish. Fragile household items received extra attention during transportation. The unloading process was quick and well managed.
We just moved out of our 3-bedroom condo, and the movers were incredible. They handled all our valuables with great care!
Right after signing the contract we were funneled off to subcontractors. One in New York and another for delivery in North Carolina. The subcontractors who did the pick up swindled my son out of an additional $363.75 saying more than our 300 cubic feet was used because they couldn't stack boxes on top of furniture. However, when the moving truck arrived in North Carolina, all of the boxes were stacked on furniture in the back of the truck. Second, we paid for packing and unpacking but the guy who delivered was by himself and said he didn't have time to unpack anything. Therefore, we are owed 1/2 of the $300 packing fee.
It was a long-distance move in a busy season. I was very impressed with the estimated delivery window that Swift Shift Van Lines provided and their adherence to it despite the demand. We highly recommend them!
Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
Our commercial move was stress-free thanks to their organized approach. They labeled boxes, handled large equipment smoothly, and had us set up in the new space without delay. Their professionalism made the entire transition easier.
When we decided to downsize, John managed the details and confirmed in advance. The team came well-prepared and started right away. They sorted boxes based on rooms and handled the delicate items with extra care. Their patience stood out, and the move was completed exactly the way we wanted it done.
