This was a weekend move for my wardrobe only. Clothing racks, shoe boxes, mirrors, and a vanity. The movers brought hanging boxes. Dresses stayed on hangers. Shoes stayed paired. Mirrors were padded fully. The vanity fit through the door without removing legs. I was impressed by that.
The finest movers we’ve hired in a while! They showed up on time, had all the tools they needed, and immediately started packing room by room in an efficient manner. They also kept me updated throughout, and even offered to help with unpacking later. Delivery came within the window promised, and not a single item was scratched. Well done!
I recommend this company to anyone in need of secure relocation assistance. The staff helped me take my belongings downstairs and took good care of my TV and furnishings (unlike other firms who chuck stuff in the vehicle). They arrived 10 minutes early. He assisted me in moving all of the furniture into the rooms of the new home when we moved into our new house, and he removed his shoes upstairs to protect my newly installed carpeting.
This is a broker. They don’t know what they’re doing when they price / size your items. When the actual movers came, they told me I needed another 150 square feet and it would cost 1500$ more. This company under quoted me for all my furniture and even told me I actually had room to add more furniture. It took a long time to get in contact with the company to discuss this issue. When I finally did, the agent wouldn’t talk to me and he immediately transferred my call to his supervisor. He hasn’t even returned my email. The supervisor was extremely rude and offered no solutions. She had no sympathy for the situation. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company.
Long-distance moves usually tire me out, but this one felt different. The movers stayed professional the entire way, ensuring boxes stayed secure. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition. Honestly, it made a huge difference for me.
I didn’t realize how many boxes I had until moving day, but the crew didn’t blink. Micheal stacked everything. The truck looked full but neat, and it was really satisfying to see.
They were a first-rate crew. They were prompt, careful, and polite while packing our house. All in all, we had a great time and are glad we went with the full-service bundle and transportation. Highly recommended.

They saved my move after the first company no showed. I waited for three hours in my empty apartment, calling everyone I knew. James answered my call at 11 AM and said we can be there by 1 PM. They showed up at 12:50 and worked until 7 PM to get everything done. I am really grateful. Great service!
Very trustworthy! Swift Shift Van Lines was responsible for arranging all unloading activities without any hassle, since I had to leave town early and was not there during the delivery. They followed my instructions and charged me fairly. Highly recommended!
